Should fireworks displays be restricted?
Reply Quote

The issue of the increase in fireworks displays in the days leading up to and following November 5 has been a hot topic recently.

Should fireworks displays be restricted to November 5 and New Year's Eve?

What do you think?

Sally,

Getting back to your original point - yes displays should be restricted! In addition, when November 5 falls on a Sunday then displays should be moved to the day before.

I think people are getting constantly fed-up with the whizz-bangs during Guy Fawkes 'fortnight'!

Shame on the lot of you.  Fireworks displays are great fun.  More of them please.   Weymouth has a firework display every monday, why doesn't Exmouth?
