Plans to build a new bungalow in Exmouth have been approved by East Devon District Council. Read this and more.

FESTIVE FAIR: Little Valley Animal Shelter is hosting a Christmas fair in Exmouth on Saturday, November 10.

The event runs from 10am until noon at All Saints Church Hall in Exeter Road.

There will be plenty of festive bargains on offer, including toys, decorations and more.

Refreshments will be available on the day. Admission will be 50p and donations are welcome.

NEW BUNGALOW: Plans to build a new bungalow in Exmouth have been approved by East Devon District Council.

The plan is for the bungalow to be built on land adjoining 35 Phillipps Avenue, on the site of an existing garage.

EXTENSION GO-AHEAD: Plans to extend a Woodbury Salterton home have been approved by East Devon District Council.

The plan is for front, side and rear extensions, over one and two storeys, to be built at Braddicks.

NEW APARTMENT: Plans to create a new home in Exmouth have been approved by East Devon District Council.

The plan is for a builder’s store at 1 Leslie Road to be converted into an apartment and garage.

Fairtrade Fortnight – the annual event to promote Fairtrade products – is now on in Exmouth. It runs until Sunday, March 8, and includes discounts in some shops and a visit from a Kenyan tea grower. Samples of Fairtrade products will also be in the town centre later in March.
