Two people were treated by ambulance crews following a single vehicle collision with an electricity pole.

The incident occurred on the B3165, near Hunters Lodge, at 9.26pm yesterday (Thursday).

One fire appliance from Lyme Regis attended.

A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: “There were no persons trapped, although two casualties were treated by ambulance personnel.

“The fire crews made the vehicle safe and left the scene once Western Power had arrived.”
