A large section of Proctor Wood in Honiton has come onto the market.

Ever wanted to own your own woodland? Well now you can!

A large section of Proctor Wood in Honiton has come onto the market - but you’ll need to fork out a hefty £19,000 to afford the plot.

Woods 4 Sale is selling 1.84 acres of mature conifers in the wood, which it says is ‘dominated’ by a stand of Norway spruce which was originally planted as Christmas trees about 30 years ago.

The Chester-based seller says the plot ‘promises much for the woodsman’.
