Axe Valley Community College students entertain at Fairwater Head Hotel Lunch Club’s Chritsmas meal

Members of the Axe Valley Community College choir performed Christmas carols at the latest gathering of the Fairwater Head Hotel lunch club.

More than 30 members enjoyed a traditional turkey meal while listening to the youngsters singing their top ten carols .

Hotel co-owner Adam Southwell, said: “This really was the start of

Christmas. It brought a lump to my throat as the choir were superb. I realised I wasn’t the only one to think this, when guests came up to me after the lunch and asked us to book the choir again for next year. “I’d like to thank everyone involved for such a wonderful event. The

community college could not have been more helpful.”
