Community cinema to get into the spirit of Comic Relief

Fun and laughs at the next screening by Honiton Community Cinema.

There will be plenty of fun and laughter during the next screening by Honiton Community Cinema.

Quartet follows the residents of a home for retired opera singers who are preparing to host their annual concert to celebrate the birthday of Giuseppe Verdi. However, the status quo is thrown into chaos with the arrival of a new resident Jean (Maggie Smith) and her diva behaviour.

Screenings will be on Friday, March 15, 3pm for 3.30pm, and 7pm for 7.30pm, at the Mackarness Hall.

The community cinema is donating the proceeds of a raffle to Comic Relief.
