Towns and villages across East Devon and West Dorset turned crimson last week to support Comic Relief.
Schoolchildren throughout the region abandoned their usual uniforms to attend classes in brilliant red outfits – some as ‘superheroes’.
Even Honiton Mayor David Foster and Rector Rev Sue Roberts joined in the fun, sporting red ‘hooters’ for the day to help raise money.
At Hawkchurch Primary School swapped their usual green uniforms for red to support Comic Relief. The children went along dressed in as many red items as they could find.
Backed by their families, they raised nearly £50 for the cause.
