Five rescued by lifeboat

Lyme RNLI crew go to the aid of broken down fishing boat.
Five people aboard a broken down fishing boat were rescued last night (Wednesday, July 23) by the volunteer crew of the Lyme Regis RNLI lifeboat.
The vessel, New Dawn, developed engine trouble off Charmouth and was towed by the lifeboat to the safety of Lyme Regis harbour.
The lifeboat was launched at 8.20pm and returned to harbour 20 minutes later.
