Competition was as keen as ever when Seaton Primary School staged its annual sports day this week.

The children were spilt into five teams across the whole school - black, red, yellow, blue and green – in line with the Olympic ring colours.

Traditional races included egg and spoon, sack, obstacle and skipping.

At lunch time the children had picnics with their families followed by mums, dads, toddlers and teacher races.

The event concluded with a whole school sing song and the presentation of the cup to the winners - which was the black team.
