Fun-packed jubilee for seniors

11:24 19 June 2012

Thanks to all who took part in the Honiton senior citizens’ jubilee party on Saturday, June 2, to make this a very special fun-packed day which we will remember for a long time.

Many thanks to Trevor, Ruth and Margaret, from Honiton Museum. The slide show was enjoyed by all, Trevor, and we await the next one! And the bunting provided by Margaret decorated the room and gave it the jubilee feeling. Thanks.

We would also like to thank our mayor, Mr David Foster, and his family for “popping in” to see us; much appreciated by all, thanks.

Thank you to all the senior citizens who turned out and, hopefully, had a fun-packed day.
