The Joe Gilson Mobility Scheme, based in Honiton, presents its 55th scooter to an East Devon woman.
The New Year is off to a bright start for an East Devon woman who received the 55th mobility scooter as part of a Honiton-based scheme.
Christine Pitchford, of Lympstone, who has great difficulty walking distances, was given the keys to her new mobility scooter by the founder of the Joe Gilson Mobility Scheme, Carol Gilson.
She said the scooter will make a great difference to her life.
