Colyford pub wins Rotary pub quiz cup

Regulars at The White Hart, Colyford, are the toast of the local pub quiz scene after being named local winners of a nationwide contest.

Hostelries across the land take part in a twice yearly quiz organised by the Rotary organisation to raise money for the charities it supports.

The winners of this October’s local round was the White Hart whose team was presented with the Rotary Club of Seaton Cup last week.

The next Rotary pub quiz will be held in March. All pubs are welcome to form a team and should contact local Rotarian Les Andrews for more details on 01297 21377.
