Honiton Christian Aid committee calls for help

THE 2nd Honiton Guides will be helping distribute Christian Aid envelopes on behalf of the charity.

THE 2nd Honiton Guides will be helping distribute Christian Aid envelopes on behalf of the charity.

The Honiton branch expressed thanks for their help, and have called on others to volunteer.

hristian Aid now works with local organisations throughout the world that they know are best-placed to tackle the poverty they see every day, respond during emergencies and challenge their governments.

If you would like to help collect and can spare some time - even half an hour- then please get in touch with Julia on (01404)45634.

* An ecumenical service at Honiton Methodist Church (Chapel Street, off New Street) will be held on Sunday, May 9, at 6.30 pm.
