Members of Honiton Scout Group welcomed experienced librarian Susie Kerr, who works voluntarily for West Sussex County Council in the East Grinstead Library, to help them with their librarian badge.

The mother of one of the leaders, Susie helped the scouts to learn a lot of new things, so they can now look at books in a different light.

The Librarian Badge covers a range of topics, including how to look after books and e-readers, how to use a library catalogue and how you would search for information using the internet.
