Axminster and District Lions Club has declared its family fun day a roaring success.

President Jamie Love said several hundred people had gone along to support the popular annual event on the Minster Green.

Alongside performances by the Karizma Majorettes there was a bouncy castle, face painting, balloon animals and a teddy bear treasure hunt to entertain the crowds.
