Following on from the huge success of its production of ‘South Pacific‘ last November, Axminster Musical Theatre is staging Little Shop of Horrors this week.

Another musical that is sure to be a great night or afternoon out for all ages, it tells the tale of down and out Skid Row floral assistant Seymour, who becomes an overnight sensation when he discovers an exotic plant - the only problem is that it has very strange feeding habits!

As the plant grows into a badly behaved R&B-singing carnivore, everything that Seymour holds dear is threatened as its sinister agenda for global domination is revealed...

An affectionate spoof of 1950s sci-fi movies, it features fantastic rock’n’roll and doo-wop music and is very, very funny!
