A MAN escaped injury after walking onto the line at Honiton Railway Station.

A MAN escaped injury after walking onto the line at Honiton Railway Station.

Police said the train was able to stop without hitting the man at 11.45pm, Sunday, October 4.

The 33-year-old was taken to hospital for a mental health assessment.
