Yougsters get busy creating their own orchard with help from the PTFA

The children of Musbury Primary School have been busy planting fruit trees.

The PTFA supplied the school with a range of them, including apple, pear and plum to create an orchard.

Teacher Jack Woolfenden and the children of class 2, have spent their time preparing the ground and planting the trees in the schools upper field.

A spokesman said: “We look forward to a bountiful crop in a few years, which will add to the yearly apple pressing event.”
