Person released using small tools.
Firefighters were called to an address in East Devon over the weekend to respond to a rather unusual request - a person stuck in a cat flap.
Crew members used small tools to release the person during the incident on Saturday (July 28) at 10.58pm
Police and ambulance personnel also attended.
