Police seek key witness

A woman with pink dyed hair waiting for a bus to Exmouth could be a key witness to an assault which took place in Exeter, police say.
Detectives are keen to speak to the woman, captured here on bus station CCTV footage, who was waiting on the Exeter bus station platform at the time the assault occurred, between 10pm and 10.20pm on Thursday October 18.

A woman with pink dyed hair waiting for a bus to Exmouth could be a key witness to an assault which took place in Exeter, police say.

Detectives are keen to speak to the woman, captured here on bus station CCTV footage, who was waiting on the Exeter bus station platform at the time the assault occurred, between 10pm and 10.20pm on Thursday, October 18.

Detective Constable Ian Stairs said the woman, who had pink shoulder-length hair and was wearing dark clothing, could be a possible witness.

DC Stairs said: “She is quite distinctive and she maybe able to help us with enquiries.”
