A scrumptious two course meal and evening of song to stir the memories will be served up in Honiton to raise money for the new day hospice in the town.
The Honiton Hospiscare Support Group is inviting members of the public to join them for a Supper and Song on Saturday, November 9.
The supper at the Mackarness Hall at 6pm will be followed by a concert at 7.30pm in St Paul’s Church.
Jan Sutcliffe will present Nostalgia Incorporated in a programme of music and song, which has been divided into four sections – memories of childhood, showtime, music hall and in remembrance.
Nostalgia Incorporated is made up of members Trevor Bolshaw, Jan Sutcliffe, Brian Rees, Mo Cuthbert, Jim Hawkins, Adam Owen-Jones and Maggie Campbell. The group has raised more than £50,000 for various charities and local causes, and have performed all over the south west.
Early booking is advisable and tickets cost £10 and are available from Mary Bolshaw by calling 01404 43196.
All proceeds will go towards funds for the new day hospice, which is due to open next year.
