Coastguard and lifeboat crews deployed.
Coastguard and lifeboat crews were scrambled to rescue two young males who had been cut off by the high spring tide between Charmouth and Lyme Regis.
They got into difficulty after ignoring safety warning signs and had become stuck yesterday (Thursday) at 6.39pm when climbing over a landslip area.
A Coastguard helicopter was deployed.
Lyme Regis Lifeboat also attended and managed to locate the young males and Lyme Coastguards issued safety advice to them men after they were returned to their parents.
Later that evening, at about 8.20pm, Lyme Coastguards had to return to the same area after two more people, who had been scrambling in the area, were cut off in the area of Black Ven.
The Lyme Regis RNLI Inshore Lifeboat was also retasked to attend.
The two people managed to climb away from the beach and were meet by the Coastguard.
