Driver in police custody following fatal collision near Seaton.
Police have confirmed that a 52-year-old man is in custody after being arrested in connection with a fatal road traffic collision earlier today.
A man in his 60s, who has not been named, died at the scene of the crash on the A3052 between Seaton and Beer.
The dead man was the driver of a Renault Megane.
Police collision investigators are keen to hear from any witnesses who were travelling on the A3052 prior to the collision. Call 101 and quote police reference 387 300112, if you can help.
The road remains closed and traffic is being diverted across to Honiton, where snow is settling along Farway Common.
