Tailbacks to Wilmington.
Traffic is at a standstill on the A35 near Honiton following a single vehicle accident.
Midweek Herald reporter Katy Griffin is in a queue of traffic heading towards Honiton from Axminster and says: “Nothing is moving.
“The traffic is queued back to Wilmington.
“I don’t know how long it will take me to get back to the office.”
A silver car was reported to be on its roof around an hour ago, between Offwell and Wilmington.
