Archant

Police in Honiton are appealing for information after a vehicle was damaged in Oaklea.

The incident occurred between 8pm on Friday, April 18, and 5pm on Saturday, April 19.

The vehicle is described as a blue Mini and police say the driver’s side was damaged with three long scratches down the length of the vehicle, which are believed to have been caused by a sharp object.

Anybody with information is urged to call PCSO Steve Mingo on 101 and quote crime reference KH/14/262.

PCSO Mingo added: “I would like to take this opportunity to remind residents of Honiton that if a street has no parking restrictions and as long as an individual does not contravene the Highway Code then that individual is entitled to park their vehicle there.”
