SKATE PARK VOTING: Residents can choose the improvements to the Phear Park skatepark.
A total of £60,000 is being spent on redesigning and improving the facility in Phear Park and residents can vote for one of the designs.
Voting is on Saturday, February 4, between 1pm and 3.30 pm at the skate park near the tennis courts.

HIGH DEMAND: Exmouth Town Council has more than doubled its budget for this year’s free trees programme, due to high demand.
The council normally allocates £200 for the scheme, which offers free saplings to residents. However, this year, requests totalling £520 were received.
Rather than reject some of the applications, councillors instead decided to fund them all, using money from the council’s balances.

SUPPORTED: Exmouth Town Council says it has no objection to plans to build a two-storey extension to 29 Drakes Avenue.
However, councillors have registered concerns about fire safety, as the plan would mean restricted access to the rear of the property.
The plan will now be considered by East Devon District Council.
