Woman airlifted to hospital after serious collision

A WOMAN has been airlifted to hospital today (Friday, May 7) following a road traffic collision involving a car and lorry in Cotleigh.

A WOMAN has been airlifted to hospital today (Friday, May 7) following a road traffic collision involving a car and lorry in Cotleigh.

Firefighters were called to Old Chard Road at 11am following reports that a woman was trapped in her vehicle.

Crews from Honiton and Exmouth released the woman and she was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
