There were two matches played last week in the Symes, Robinson and Lee Evening League.

The Budleigh Falcons were involved in both encounters.

First up they took on last year’s champions Exonia and Budleigh claimed success over the Exeter-based side on both rinks to boost their hopes of taking the top honour this season.

Terry Escott, Brian Moore and Brian Crook led from the first end and finished with a score of 27-17 while Terry Kelly’s trio won 20-16.
