Some of the biggest names in darts are set to grace the oche at Exmouth Pavilion.

Friday, August 31 will see an event staged by Carlton Sports Events at the pavilion when InVasion comes to Town!

InVasion is an eight-man exhibition knock out tournament, headlined by the current PDC world champion Adrian ‘Jackpot’ Lewis and the 2012 BDO world championship runner-up, ‘The Silverback’ Tony O?Shea.

Also featuring are three other former world champions, including five time world champion Eric Bristow.

Local interest at thee event comes in the form of Exmouth’s Mike ‘Evo’ Evens who, upon hearing he had drawn to play Adrian Lewis said: “I cannot wait to get up on

the big stage in front of all my friends and play the current World Champion. It’s an unbelievable opportunity for me and I fully intend to beat him!”

The 1996 BDO World Champion Steve ‘The Adonis’ Beaton is also playing at The Pavilions and he said: “It’s set to be some fabulous darts. I hope the draw is kind to me for I’d love nothing more than to take on Adrian Lewis in the final in front of an appreciative audience at The Pavilions.
