A cold and windy start made play difficult for the 68 Seniors competing for the Honiton Seniors’ Cup, writes Andy Wagner.
This is the last medal competition of the season and only three players beat par.
Angus Falconer finished with a nett 68 to take the trophy.
He beat Andy Sharland and Mike Kent by one shot and the last Division One prizes went to Tony Williams and John Fleetwood, both on 71.
Division Two was won by Robin Mitchell with a 71.
Fred Utting was runner-up just one shot adrift and Peter Blake came third, beating Phil Faulkner and Norman Runciman on countback.
