Feniton mixed team bowl to success away at Exonia

Feniton bowlers are playing out the final couple of weeks of the 2018 outdoor season, writes Roger Smith.

The mixed team were in action away at Exonia in Exeter where they won 92-72.

The winning Feniton rinks were the ones of P Bright, M Whitcombe and R Veitch (25-11), T Cox, D Bowden and A Coyne (26-15) and B Bowden, L Ley and A Kury (17-11).

However, they were also in action away at Phear Park where they were3 edged out by a margin of just three shots at 59-56.

At Phear Park the two successful Feniton rinks were the ones of B Bowden, R Veitch and I Vetch (15-12) and D Conbeer, D Bowden and R North (14-13).
