A second win in as many league games arrived in midweek when they beat Thorverton by the odd goal in five with Charlie Selley (2) and Andy Jones netting.

On Friday night they claimed an even bigger scalp as they dumped St Martins out of the East Devon Senior Cup at the first round stage!

What’s more they beat the reigning Fresha league champions having been 2-0 down! Just before the break Andy Jones halved the deficit and, with normal time running out Ben Allen levelled the scores at 2-2.

With the light fading the match referee took the contest straight in to a penalty shoot-out which Feniton won 5-4!

All five of the Feniton spot kickers converted and it was left to keeper Matt Kingdon to cover himself in glory with a save from the fifth and final St Martins penalty to see the Acland Park side into the next round.
