Archant

Topsham Town 0, Dunkeswell Rovers 7

The Dunks chalked up their biggest win in recent memory and also kept their first clean sheet of this campaign with a dominant performance

Max McKeown led the scoring honours with a hat-trick whilst Steve Morris bagged a brace and there were single goals from Eric Cligg and Stuart Ward.

Sean Cowley was the glovesman keeping the teams first clean sheet for some time.

The win lifts the Dunks up to fifth in the Division Six table.

This Saturday they face arguably the biggest test of their renewed confidence when they travel to table topping Amory Argyle.

The Tiverton-based side sit just five points better off than the Dunks having played a game more, so victory in Mid Devon and the villagers could find themselves very much part of the promotion picture.
