Feniton set for midweek friendly at Exmouth Town

Feniton boss Mark Kingdon has moved quickly to arrange a midweek friendly for his side.
The Acland Park men dropped two points when held 1-1 at Hatherleigh in a Fresha League top flight game last Saturday.
Kingdon says: “We could do with the game and when Richard (Exmouth Town boss Richard Pears) rang me to see if we wanted a game I jumped at the opportunity.”
Feniton will use the game to ease Ali Sawyer back into action.
The central defender has been out for a lengthy spell with a back injury.
Only Ben Ede will be missing from the Feniton squad for the game at Southern Road and sure of some action is Charlie Selley who missed the 1-1 draw at the weekend as he had only arrived back from a trip to Thailand the day before.
Kingdon said: “Charlie told me he was jetlagged and could not be with us at Hatherleigh! That was a shame as he might just have been the difference between us dropping the two points or bagging that elusive third goal in a tight contest that would have guaranteed the points.”
Kick-off on Wednesday night at Southern Road, Exmouth is 7.30pm.
