The East Devon cup competition draws have been made. The competitions are traditionally run after the halfway stage of the Macron Devon and Exeter League campaign and the semi-finals and finals of all three – Morrison Bell, Grandisson and Golesworthy – are played at the Washbrook Meadow home of Ottery St Mary.

There are six teams in the Morrison Bell with one first-round tie – Budleigh Salterton versus Cronies, with the winners of that set to host Feniton in the last eight. The other quarter-final ties are: Upottery v Heavitree United, Sidmouth Town v Clyst Valley and Newton Poppleford v Seaton Town.

The Grandisson Cup, with first-round ties to be played by the end of February, has paired Ottery St Mary with Feniton and the other ties are: Beer Albion v Chard Town, Heavitree United v Bradninch, Clyst Valley v East Budleigh and Kentisbeare v Lyme Regis. The quarter-final draw is then: Ottery St Mary or Feniton v Axmouth United; Beer or Chard v Heavitree or Bradninch; Tipton St John v Clyst or East Budleigh and Kentisbeare v Clyst Valley or East Budleigh.

In the Golesworthy Cup there are two first-round ties to be played by the end of February and they are: Silverton v Upottery and Bradninch Town v Bravehearts. That will lead to a quarter-final draw of: Silverton or Upottery v Newton Poppleford; East Budleigh v Awliscombe; Seaton Town v Sidmouth Town IV and Sidmouth Town III v Bradninch or Bravehearts,

The semi-finals and finals – being played at Ottery – will take place in April.
