Archant

Our new catering staff Lisa, Maisy and Bill threw a meet and greet party on Saturday so that the members could get to know them and sample their fayre, writes Andy Wagner.

The friendly atmosphere and excellent buffet provided an ideal backdrop for Club Captain Dave Morgan to present his charity’s total collection to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

This year is the 50th anniversary of the trust and the charity’s local representative, Liz Brown, was pleased to receive a cheque for over £4222 collected in Dave’s year of office.

The day was a clear representation of what makes Honiton Golf Club such a friendly place to be.
