The latest popular Honiton Tuesday Mixed competition was played as an American Foursomes, with 26 players taking part, writes Liz Rogers.

The conditions were good for a December day and so the full 18 holes were completed.

Cathy Uttley and Barry Rogers took first prize with 37 points, closely followed by Vicki Rogers and Tom Tunnicliffe with 36 points.

Sue Kelson and Max Pipe took third place on a countback decision with 34 points.
