Kilmington signed off for another season with a five wicket win at Whitchurch.
Skipper Hal Cook claimed 5-30 as the home side were bowled out for 129.
Dave Cook then hit 25 and John Lavender chipped in with 24 as the win was confirmed with plenty of overs to play.
Kilmington finished the season in a mid-table berth. Their fifth spot saw them end 47 points below the second of the two promoted sides and 20 above second bottom Upottery who slip down to the basement division.
The Kilmington skipper said: “A good finish to an otherwise mediocre campaign. There have been high’s and lows and the weather has dampened spirits more often than not!”
David Lavender (4-51) and Maurice Bevis (3-27) combined for Kilmington II who bowled Thorverton III out for 143.
Roland Stonex (43) and Matt Rockett (36) then led Ash Cook’s side to a five wicket win.
That victory sends Kilmington II up alongside champions Seaton II.
It means the East Devon pair will meet again next season in the D Division East.
