Little Dragons learn early discipline

Little Dragons Martial Arts class has recently celebrated its first anniversary.
The class takes place on Friday from 5.00-5.30 on St Peter’s and St Paul’s Road for 4-7 year olds and from 5.45-6.15pm for 8-11 year olds.
There are regular Gradings where students have to demonstrate their skills on the pads with boxing, elbows, knees, kicks and blocking, shadow boxing and self defence.
In addition students complete challenges related to focus, self confidence, respect for which they receive certificates if they are successful.
Students can also earn merit award badges for demonstrating their mastery of special techniques of Muay Thai, and they take part in various fitness challenges on a regular basis.
