Billy Rudolph and Oliver Reed have been selected in a fifteen-player Devon Under-15 squad that fly to South Africa on February 6.

The party will be spending six days playing teams in the Johannesburg area before flying to Cape Town for the remainder of the tour.

Rudolph and Reed both play their youth cricket for Ottery St Mary and have been with the county side since they were ten.

Both boys will be playing cricket in Ottery St Mary senior elevens in the 2014 Francis Clark Devon League campaign.

The pair each have to raise £2850 to go on the tour and Ottery St Mary CC are doing their bit by staging a Sports and General Knowledge Quiz on Saturday, January 11 commencing at 7.30pm.

Teams of up to six players (with an entry fee of £4 each) can be entered by contacting Dawn Loud on 01404 871329 or emailing directly to louds@btinternet.com
