The South West Angels of Terror (SWAT) opened a new season of roller derby at Penzance last weekend, writes Steve Birley.
Budleigh-based Kimberley Rainford was part of the team and the reigning champions remain unbeaten in any game after an impressive 285-42 win over Grin um Barum from North Devon.
The match was played at the Penzance Leisure Centre.
Next up for SWAT is a May 4, encounter with Cornwall Roller Derby who won their opening game 283-58.
That match will be one of two played at Bideford College.
