Honiton were slow to get into gear and Taunton took the opportunity to score first, though, responding with a try from Finlay Keywood, bad defending saw them 5 - 20 down at half time.

The second half saw captain Myles Paver lead out a more positive side which saw some hard fought battles with Honiton picking up their fair share of injuries along the way.

their efforts led to tries from Finlay Keywood and a brace from Ben Spence, but Taunton kept coming back. Man of the Match went to Luca Gard for his good full on tackling, while copping a couple of injuries along the way which didn’t hold him back for long.
