Richie Evans Music (www.richieevansmusic.com) is promoting a series of intimate acoustic evenings at Exmouth Pavilion Theatre’s cafe bar featuring some of the finest acoustic performers currently playing in south-west of England.

The next concert will be on Tuesday, November 13, when Adam Sweet, Alan West and Steve Black present an evening of acoustic blues, country and Americana.

Adam Sweet is becoming increasingly well-known for his dynamic solo shows demonstrating remarkable dexterity on the acoustic guitar. Alan West has spent the last three decades establishing himself as one of the UK’s finest country singers, songwriters and performers, winning multiple plaudits and awards along the way.

Steve Black is the dictionary definition of country troubadour, held in equal affection and respect by his musical peers and fans alike, and when he works alongside these two artists in particular, the results can be quite magical

On Tuesday, November 27, Sarah Jory, internationally renowned multi-instrumentalist, will be joined by her guitarist from her country band, the brilliant young Paddy Blight, famed locally for his funky guitar work with The Walkhards.

Los Pacaminos come to Exmouth

On a bleak November day in London in 1993, singer Paul Young was pondering how to break the album/promotion/tour routine that to be honest, was becoming a little predictable after 10 years of being a solo performer. And anyway, he missed the camaraderie of just being a band member. So he called around some of his friends and members of his previous line-ups through the years to find out who would be interested in forming a loose, relaxed Tex-Mex group for some impromptu gigs.
