Musbury Garden Club opens 2012 with a talk by Anne Swithinbank, author, gardener and panellist on Radio 4’s Gardeners’ Question Time.

In this evening presentation, illustrated with slides, Anne will give her suggestions for taking a relaxed approach to the garden so that there is time to enjoy it.

Keen gardeners, reluctant gardeners or those who simply like sitting in the garden, are all welcome.

There will be refreshments available and a raffle which is being supported by Axminster Power Tools, Melanie Browns of Axminster and the Fairwater Head Hotel, Hawkchurch.

The event will take place at Musbury Village Hall, on Monday, January 30, with the doors open at 7.10pm for a 7.30pm start.

Entry costs £3.50 (members £2.50), with tickets available from Musbury Post Office.

Pre-booking is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment.
