Axminster Musical Theatre seeks cast to stage South Pacific

Axminster Musical Theatre is heading for sunnier climes with its production this autumn, when it will bring South Pacific to the stage.

If you fancy putting on a uniform and want to sing There is Nothing Like A Dame or I’m Gonna Wash That Man Right Out of My Hair, the company will be holding an introduction evening for the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical in the Masonic Hall, South Street, Axminster, on Monday, April 24, at 7 30pm.

This show contains one hit song after another and the story and music will be outlined and played for an exciting evening learning how the society’s November show will be staged and all about the auditions which will be held on Sunday, May 14, at 3pm, in the Masonic Hall. The show will be performed on The Guildhall stage from Wednesday, November 15 to Saturday, November 18.
