Beverley Craven, one of this country’s most successful singer/songwriters, will play the public hall in Budleigh Salterton on Friday, March 8.

In a 20-year career, Beverley has toured the world notching up a string of chart successes with album sales totalling more than 4 million.

Following a recent break from touring Beverley is back at the keyboard and out on the road once more, this time with an acoustic line-up pared back to just vocals, piano and saxophone, playing a handful of small, intimate venues.

“They’re far better suited to the confessional style of my new songs…” she says, “It’s like I’ve invited the audience back to my place!”

The two-and-a-half hour show is filled with nostalgia and humorous anecdotes explaining the background to many of the songs, and will include all of her more familiar hits including Promise Me, Holding On, Woman to Woman, Mollie, Memories and Love Scenes plus a generous selection of brand new material.

Beverley will be performing on Friday, March 8, at 8pm (doors and bar open 6.30pm) at The Public Hall, Budleigh Salterton.

Tickets are £17.50 before February 15, thereafter £18.50 or £20 on the door.
