A three-day celebration of cider takes place at Exmouth Rugby Ground in May.

Scrumpstock (Friday, May 15 to Sunday, May 17) also features live music, from folk to blues-grass from Big Joe Bone (pictured) and punk.

In town there’s Exmouth Ceramic Group’s fun day (11am-4pm at 2-4 Meeting Street), while at the ‘rec ground there’s the circus jamboree from noon plus music from Foxwillow (1.30pm), O’Marleys (2.45pm), The Summertides (6.30pm), Souled (7.45pm) and soul/reggae singer Zuri Aura (9pm).

The Exmouth Festival organiser is recommending that festival visitors should park at the Maer Road car park (£6 all day) and take a return trip on the land train to the special stop for the Imperial ‘rec ground (located between stops 6 and 7).
