There is always something happening in East Devon - here’s just a few events

● East Devon Beekeepers are starting their annual Beekeeping for Beginners course on Saturday, January 30.

With indoor sessions from January to April and outdoor sessions over the summer at the club’s apiary near Axminster, beginners will gain confidence in handling and looking after honey bees. Further details can be obtained from Richard Simpson, East Devon Beekeepers, on 07900 492242 or at chairman@edbk.co.uk

● The West Hill Residents’ Association meeting takes place on Friday, January 22, at 7.30pm, in West Hill Village Hall. Tim Leat and Liz Govier of Gilbert Stephens Solicitors LLP will talk about Lasting Power of Attorney. The meeting is open to all residents.

● Regular art classes take place every Tuesday, at Minster Court, from 9.30am to 11.30am, term time only. All welcome. Please contact Claire Anderson, on: 01460 63083, email: clairejeanes@hotmail.com

● The new Cha Cha Chatter takes place at the United Reformed Church, in Cross Street, Seaton from 10am to 11am, every Wednesday.
