Dying Matters event in Honiton

A Dying Matters event is due to take place at the Mackarness Hall, in Honiton later in the month.
It will provide an opportunity to talk about things to do with death or dying and there will be free advice from a solicitor, a hospice nurse, a doctor an undertaker, a vicar, an organ donation specialist, among others.
There will be free coffee and cakes at the event on Saturday, May 26, which runs from 10am until noon.
A spokesman for the event said: “Talking about dying doesn’t bring death closer, it’s about planning for life.”
