Seaton Beer and District Branch of the RNLI has announced the income from their RNLI SOS Table Top Sale at the Mariners Hall, Beer was £610.47.

An extra £33 was sold in the RNLI 200 Years Gifts and Souvenirs. Organiser Wendy Cummins said: "We had a brilliant morning and stall holders came from Beer, Axminster, Musbury, Colyton and Honiton and sold a variety of craft and other items. We had our own Raffle, Card Tombola and stalls. Trevor and Jean Woods and Liz Asbury were excellent in the kitchen and sold over fifty Bacon Baps. We also had small RNLI Celebration Cakes. Thank you to our Volunteers and everyone who came to our Table Top Sale."

Their next event is the RNLI 200th anniversary coffee morning on Monday 4th March from 10am to 1pm at the Mariners Hall, Beer, EX12 3JB.

People are invited to come and celebrate with them. There will be Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, RNLI Celebration Cakes, Raffle, Card Tombola, Books and Bric-a-Brac. There will be RNLI 200 Years Gifts and Souvenirs. You can also see a selection of branch and RNLI archives.

The shop at Jubilee Gardens will also be open from 10.30am to 2.30pm. (subject to weather)

The evening of Monday March 4 is their Annual General Meeting from 7.30pm in the Congregational Hall where the 200 years of the RNLI celebrations will continue, reviewing 2023 and looking forward to 2024. There will be a talk, refreshments and raffle and we will be taking our Branch Archives and RNLI Archives.

Additional Volunteers are still needed for the Shop at Jubilee Gardens, Beer plus fundraising volunteers for events and events in Beer around to Seaton, Musbury, Whitford, Colyford, Colyton, and Branscombe.
